Data we collect
We only process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp: name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We also process anonymous browsing statistics through analytics tools.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and manage the professional relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, where a project is under way, the performance of the contract between the parties.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to attend to your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods for tax and administrative purposes.
Recipients
Your data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required or where necessary for service providers (hosting, email and analytics) acting as data processors on our behalf.
